It's been about two months since I've shared a Pinterest Interest, which means that it's about time for another one.  Plus, I had just the topic in mind...  Ever since sharing that waffle bar with you all on Friday, I've been swooning over food bars of any kind.  So, naturally, I hit up Pinterest for some more inspiration.  Here's what I found...
