Style File: Coral + Gold

If you've been hanging out with me for a while, you know that I pretty much STAY on Pinterest {it's on my phone... can't help it!}.  I even share some of my favorite finds with you every Friday.  But, today, I'd like to tell you about a benefit that Pinterest can offer you: CLARITY.  And by that I mean, making sense of your style when you're not really sure what it is.  For example, if you've been pinning pictures of interiors that have captured your eye, you can go back and look through them, taking note of any consistencies that can lead to defining your decorating style.  

But, today, I'm not talking about decorating.  Instead, I want to talk to you about something I noticed about my outfits board on Pinterest.  Let's see if you know what it is:

Did you catch the trend?  It's CORAL!  More specifically, coral paired with neutrals and gold.  To achieve this look, simply put together a completely neutral outfit.  Then, switch out either the top or bottom for something in coral.  You could also add an accessory with coral if you'd like but, according to the above photos, one coral piece is all you really need.

See?  I told you it was easy identify a trend using Pinterest boards.  If you haven't already done this, I highly encourage you to give it a try.  It's super fun, AND you may be surprised at what you find.  If you decide to take my advice and do some "research" on your Pinterest boards, I'd love for you to come back and tell me what you found.
